New Comcast Box

Today I had to switch out my old Comcast box with a new one.

 

My mobile app seems to still be connected to the old comcast box - I tried signing out and signing back in; as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app - but cannot get the mobile app to recognize the new Comcast box.

 

How do I set up the Mobile App (on iPad mini) to recognize the new Comcast box?

It can take up to 48 hours to completely sync with the new box.
