did you try to unplug and then plug back in the XiD device and see if that fixed it?

The account associated with what you logged into the forums with doesn't show any XiDs. I would call in and make sure that you have the proper equipment on your account. Is the Netflix app working on your DVR?

Re: Netflix on X1 Pace X1D -P error code UI-800-2 any suggestions

Same error on my account. Had an older box secondary box that didn''t support Netflix. Followed the onscreen prompts for a complimentary Netflix capable box and recieved the PACE X1D and also the UI-800-2 code.

On Netlifx :https://help.netflix.com/en/node/22213
If you experience the error code UI-800-2, it typically points to some information on your device that needs to be refreshed. Follow the troubleshooting steps for your device below to resolve the issue.

They recommend restarting the device and signing out of netflix.
I restarted the device but get the same error when I select netflix.

I feel like it has to do with some backend issue. Not sure if maybe X1 OS software is setup to auto-login on all devices with the same netflix credentials as an active netflix account on one of the X1 devices. But if that is the case that may be the issue when connecting a new device and trying to associate it and keeping the same credentials it doesn't like it.

I am having same issue with that code. Comcast just installed 3 of the new boxes and a new DVR. Nobody seems to be able to troubleshoot the error code so the boxes are useless because I can not access Netflix on the 3 new boxes. Have no problem getting Netflix from DVR. Can someone please help?? I am so frustrated!

That's a new error code that's being worked on but no ETA on a fix. You may want to try swapping those out. Also, try to get a hold of an XG2, each XiD takes a tuner off the dvr, reducing the amount of available recordings to schedule at one time. XG2 will free up the dvr to work as normal.

Would it be possible for Comcast to send me an email when your tech people figure this out?  If this is a system wide problem, you need to let people know!

this forum is primarily a user helping other users forum. For contact with Comcast directly, one way is to send a tweet to @ComcastCares and they will reach out to you via twitter.
