Netflix gets stuck

Netflix gets stuck

I signed up for Netfix through Comcast. Most of the time it works great, but every once in a while it gets stuck downloading a movie or TV episode. For example, the first four eposodes of Breaking Bad worked great, but when I try to watch episode 5, it gets stuck at 72%. No matter how many times I retry it, the progress indicator stops at 72% and stays there forever. I could then go on to episode 6 and it works. 

This same thing has happened for movies.

When it gets stuck like this I am able to watch the same espisode on my computer, so it's isolated to watching through xfinity on my TV.


Has anyone else had this problem? How have you fixed it?
