Can someone explain why when I am watching Netflix on 1 of my tvs, and my daughter tries to watch HBO on demand on another tv, everything shuts down and then re-boots? Has been occuring since yesterday.

Still an issue. No one else has this issue and/or suggestions?

We have also been having this issue since 3 days ago.  Comcast just left - switched out box - still happening - he will be taking the issue to his supervisor to see if they can figure out.  Did you ever find out what the issue was and resolve it?
