Re: Need lower bill

Cable TV is on the Internet so why do we have to pay cable TV and Internet?  We are paying twice for the same service.

We should NOT be paying for rent on boxes.  *Post Edited for Violation of Forums Policy and Guidelines*

Re: Need lower bill

Hi Shaquiel,

I can help lower your bill and look into package options for Xfinity Home Security. I've replied to your private message with the information needed to proceed. We can discuss your options there.

Re: Need lower bill

Hi Trich63,

Thanks for your feedback. Since Cable and Internet are 2 different services, we have to charge for both. As we continue to make improvements to our products and services, and as programmers charge more to carrier their networks, our cost of doing business increases. As a result, prices for certain services, equipment, and fees have increased. If you would like you can purchase your own cable boxes or your own modem for internet services to avoid the monthly rental fees. To see a list of the devices that work with our internet and can be purchased through a third party retailer, please see the list of Approved Devices
