Narration on some shows

I just installed a new modem sent to me by Xfinity.  Three TV's work fine.  But the forth has narration over the video.  How do i turn it off"

no.  Just turning on the TV with the Xfinity remote

Ok, this forum is for the web site, but it may be that you have "Video Description" turned on. Hit the Xfinity button on your remote Use arrow to go to the settings icon that looks like a gear and hit enter. Arrow down to "Accessibility Settings" and hit enter. Verify that "Video Description" is turned off.
