MyDVR web application not working

MyDVR web application not working

I have trusting ting to access the myDVR web application for over a week. There is a 'loading' message but the app never loads. I have used Chrome, Firefox and Safari in an OS X 10.8 environment. I spoke with tech support over a week ago who indicated that 3-5 working days were needed to resolve. Still no resolution. Can you please advise. Thanks.

Have you tried refreshing the page or clearing your browser?

Yes, with all browser instances...the phone support person verified that she was seeing the same issue with the WebApp. Thanks!
