My upgraded service

My upgraded service

I had an upgrade completed for my TV service.  I am suppose to be able to view my DVR recordings on a secondary TV.  A service rep did come to my house and fixed the box so that I could watch recorded shows on my secondary TV.  However, that only lasted for a day or two.  It is not working, screen only replies "no shared showings"

I don't know if this is the correct system to voice my concern, as I cannot get through to anyone on my phone.  Please advise
