I have a message that reads: Were having trouble connecting to the X1 Platform, This may be temporary please check back shortly to try again.


Turned TV on at 7: 12pm as of 7:51 no service, called Tech support long wait time.

I have tried to use Xfinity each day at 7pm central time for the last week and it doesNOT work either. They used to say unplug if and plug it back in and now it doesn't even say that.
