My DVR doesn't work

My DVR doesn't work

I have a new DVR box that is up and running in all ways except when I hit the My DVR button it says "DVR Service Unavailable", I've called 3 times and need a technican.  Can you help?

Did you talk to someone from Comcast on 10/18/12? If so, what did they tell you?
