Multiple Online TV Issues

We are a business customer and recently started having several problems with our online viewing.  We have two different computers, one using wifi and one hard wired through a modem.  We run Chrome on the wifi device and Firefox on the hard wired.  We are having the same issues with both devices.


Here are the issues:


1.  When we try to watch Live TV from the website, all channels play for maybe five minutes then we get an error message saying Xfinity is having trouble playing the video and asking us to refresh.  When we click Refresh most of the time it will not load again.


2.  If we go to on demand shows, the video will play to the first commercial break, play the commercial, and then be on a continual commercial loop and will not let us go back to the video.  We've had this problem with every show we've tried to watch on demand recently.


This issue has been going on for about a month after about six months of working perfectly.  We've updated our browsers and Adobe Flash.


Any suggestions?
