Multiple DVR Help - Hopefully from Chad

I hope ComcastChad or one of the other people can help with this.  I have 2 X1 DVR boxes in my house but only one shows up on the X1 Cloud when I log in using a computer or my iPad.  Also, I keep getting errors when trying to schedule recordings through the DVR Manager on the Comcast website, for example if I choose a saved movie from my Watchlist.  Chad, any ideas?
