Movies & TV

I am unable to watch movies on my Laptop or phone. All I get is a "Sorry,we've experienced some difficulty" message. I need some help to correct this.

good luck i've trying for two weeks now   i called support --lol support--barely understood the person and nothing was resolved I've emailed also  posted on this forum and noting--i think i'm ready to leave comcast

What operating system and web browser are you using?


Check and make sure you're using the latest version of Flash: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/


People who have problems in IE almost always have better luck with another browser so try FireFox or Chrome.
