Missing DVR Shows on Peripheral Devices

I have installed the Xfinity TV on two different devices (PC and Ipad) and both only show a fraction of my dvr content.  Essentially I can see ~8 shows that are the most recently recorded but nothing past the last week or so.  This is extremely frustrating as my DVR is 61% full and I can only access about a tenth of the recorded content.

 

I have seen this issue posted elsewhere on this forum, but there has been zero resolution as far as I can tell by Comcast.  Anyone have a solution for this?

 

Note: I have tried to reregistering both devices with zero luck.  The fact that this is happening on two differnent devices tells me that it is more likely an issue with Comcast or the app settings then with my home equipment.
