Missing 75% of our TV channels

For two days we have been missing most of our TV channels - some work, most do not.  After several phone conversations with tech agents yesterday, resetting the boxes etc., nothing changed.  A repair appointment was set up for today and the technician never showed up.  Today I learned that a neighbor is having the same problem.  This is a BIG COMCAST PROBLEM.  I tried to call it in today, and after I registered my concern, my call was cut off.  Very frustrating.  We pay a premium for this service.  At least they can acknowledge that it is happening.
