I am attempting to replay  videos on the computer to which they were originally downloaded. I am receiving a message that says -1072879854 License Storage Not Working - How do I correct this problem?

you cannot download movies from comcast to your pc so I have no idea what you are trying to do.

You can download movies from Comcast at the xfinity tv store website.

Unfortunately, the error you are seeing is due to a problem with Microsoft's Windows Media DRM. You will have to go through Microsoft Support for help with that. Best of luck.
