Maximum number of video streams

Maximum number of video streams

I am trying to watch superbowl ads.  When I clicked on the 4th one, I got this message:  "You have reached the maximum of 3 video streams allowed for your household."  Closing the browser didn't change that.  Now I can't watch anything and there is no information about how to deal with this.  Help, please.

Re: Maximum number of video streams

When that message comes up the screen shows manage devices and a help tab. click on the manage devices, click on the TV go streams. You will see your streams there, click on the remove button and you can start watching again. This message kept coming up after I was watching Superbowl commercials and I had to keep deleting to watch.
