Many shows recorded on home receiver not showing up on website

I've tried to watch shows I've recorded on my home receiver on my computer, but many of them don't show up and aren't available despite still being on the receiver. What gives?

Have you added the Cloud Rate Code to your account on the X1 platform?

Cloud DVR stores up to 60 hours of recordings and will automatically delete the oldest ones that are not marked as "Save for 1 year".  I see that you have 54 hours of Cloud DVR recordings at the momement so that could explain it, assuming you recently deleted some items manually.
