Many Boardwalk Empire episodes won't play

Many Boardwalk Empire episodes won't play

For example, under Season 1, the first episode plays, the second through fourth don't play, but then the fifth does. The error message is always as follows:

"Sorry, this video is unavailable. It's probably a network issue, so try refreshing the page. If that doesn't work, you may have to come back a little later. It's also possible that this video has expired. Sometimes, videos are only available to us for a limited time."

I waited two days for this issue to resolve itself, but it hasn't. Is anyone else experiencing this? I specifically got HBO to watch this series.

Thanks!

We are having some issues with some of the videos but our team is working on them now. Only episode 2 is not working. All other episodes are now working.

I will update this thread when episode 2 is fixed.

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

What specific episodes of Boardwalk Empire are you trying to watch?

When you click on a video to play, what is the page that it takes you to? Please provide a link if possible.

Thanks,
Joe

Completely uninstall Silverlight from your computer. Then download and install Silverlight from the appropriate link below:

Windows users

This is a patched version that fixes most video playback issues and gets you out of the "Please install/upgrade Silverlight" loop.

Follow all the on-screen instructions and then try playing videos again. Let me know the results.

Thanks,
Joe
