Managing the on-screen television guide

I realize that we cannot please everybody all of the time. But, Xfinity decided that every time a customer uses the on screen guide, and the customer scrolls through the program by the hour, we get an "X1 tip" advising that if we use the fast forward button with this screen we will jump by 24 hours. It generally goes away by hitting exit (sometimes this has to be done twice). This is a wonderful tip until it feels like a mallet to the skull. "Okay, I get it. You've told me this a thousand times!" Perhaps we need to remove this message and move it to a place where people who seek tips to improve their experience? I would be really excited if instead of constantly wailing about this tip to jump 24 hours that maybe if we hit another key, we might jump 4, 6 and/or 12 hours or the next screen if this is possible for a television on guide application. That's my suggestion. Thanks for listening.
