MAX GO ISSUES

I attempted to sign into MAX GO on Wednesday (20 FE and it indicated that I wasn't subscribed to XFinity and should sign up.  Well' I am an XFinity subscriber and have successfully used MAX GO before.  In addition, when I went to MY ACCOUNT on the XFinity webpage, it showed my current balance and the tabs for my telephone and internet service.  The tab for television showed that I needed to sign up for XFinity television.  My television service has not been interrupted.  Has anyone experienced these issues?  If so, how did you rectify them?  Thanks.

Hello,

You might give this a try it worked for me. First go to the hbogo website and setup a account using a different email and password. Once your account is setup with hbogo then you can choose from the pull down list xfinity as your provider. Then you will see the regular xfinity login where you type your username and password which from there it should work.

I'm also experiencing this issue. I've previously been able to use HBOGO and MAXGO but recently I get prompted Access to this content requires an XFINITY® TV subscription*.https://login.comcast.net/h/tve_unauthorized_novideo.html I have HD Xfinity Premier and can watch HBO and Cinemax on my TVs as well as the xfinity site.

Good luck!  I spent 2+ hours in one chat session getting bounced among 6 Comcast reps with no luck thus far.
