MAC users with problems with silverlight / streaming (PAC12 network, etc)

I have been struggling with streaming the PAC 12 network (like many people on this forum) since it went live.  I tried everything from installing an old version of silverlight (4), uninstalling and reinstalling adobe flash, using multiple browsers and parallels (running windows on a Mac).  Nothing worked, just kept getting errors.

Today I decided to reset my PRAM (Parameter Random Access Memory) on my Mac (it stores some stuff powered by a lithium battery even when the computer is turned off).

and it worked!  i'm not confident it will work for everyone, but it's worth a shot since it's easy to do.

1) Turn off and restart your computer.

2) once it goes black press Option, Command, "P", and the "R" all simultaneously.  Needs to be down before the gray screen.  keep holding until you here the intro "chime" sound TWICE then release and allow it to start up.  try to open the xfinitytv.comcast.net site again and see if that works.
