Lost all saved/purchased content after move.

Hello,

 

I recently have moved into a new home, and upon setting up our old Xfinity X1 cable boxes, noticed that any saved content I had recorded does not show up. 

Also, and a much more pressing issue, is that all movies and TV shows I've had purchased and watched many times over the past few years, are also not under the "purchased" tab when going to saved content.

 

I see this has been a frequent issue with other customers.

Curious if anybody else has had any luck getting back their movies and shows, especially ones that have been paid for!

@Engardpj - I moved your purchased movies to your current account, could you please let me know if you can access them? 

 

You still have a pending order with the changes you made after the move, in order to complete it, I need to get an approval from you. Please get back to me in PM at your earliest convenience. 

 

Our Tech Support team tried to reach you to troubleshoot the recording issue. Did you get a voicemail?
