Locked out of all subscriptions on IPAD

I was able to stream live tv using the XFINITY to go app up until 9PM last night. It has since deleted the movies and tv episodes I had downloaded and will not allow me to view anything. Everything has a key next to it. Nobody in the united states of India has a clue how to help me.

I can't even stream them online. It seems to think I no longer have a valid subscription. When they migrated me to a new billing system I bet they left off the services I pay for. No clue how they could have "gone live" without some kind of testing.

Mine now works, try yours.

Worked fine last week then I was locked out of everything including basic channels like fox scifi and discovery it was then unlocked for a day and then locked out again for the last 2 days

i have something similer on my tablet, says i'm not subscribe to every channel.
