Locked out by Xfinity App of Showtime on my IPAD and Phone.

Locked out by Xfinity App of Showtime on my IPAD and Phone.

Works fine at home.  I did load the latest ISO upgrade.  Who can help.  Called help last night and they would not do anything unless I was home.  Showtime works fine on my TV and I am paying for this service. Please help.

Hi catchsomevfr -- I can look into this App issue for you. If I understand right, any Showtime content you're trying to access from our App is not working when you're outside of you home network? Do you have this issue with any other content? Do you get any kind of message when trying to access this content?
