Local channel missing from channel guide

Local channel missing from channel guide

The Local channel 72 on my channel guide is missing. It was there a few days ago. Online chat was not helpful.

Something about a project going on.

If I go online and check the tv listing, it says channel 72 is available.

Its a Oakland California channel. KTVU.

Anybody know anything about a project?

What is your zip code and service area? I would like to further look into this issue.

Online, I only see channel 72 being Bravo if anything which airs a program called Project Runway. Is this what you are seeing? What is channel 72 showing on your TV?

If I go online and check the tv listing, it says channel 72 is available.

But on the TV channel guide, 72 is not there.

If I select the button online that says watch on TV, a error pops up on the TV screen.

The channel has been there for 2 decades, why is it gone now?

What service area are you selecting online?

 

Also, please check channel 8 and let me know if that is the channel you are referring to.

 

Can you take a screenshot if possible? I do not see KTVU on your TV listings.

This morning Channel 72 is not in the online listing. I dont understand why nobody knows what happened th this channel.

Thank you for the screenshot but I have a few more questions before I can further look into this:

 

What service area are you selecting online?

 

Also, please check channel 8 and let me know if that is the channel you are referring to.

Every TV listing website has the same grid as Xfinitytv.com. Is there any way that you can send us a correct TV listings grid and we can change it?

It let me do the screenshot paste, I didnt post any text with it.

I selected my service area and Im at Zip Code 95388.
