Local HD Channels on Limited Basic - Seattle/King County

I moved back to limited basic  recently and was under the impression that I would get the local channels in HD according to channel lineup they should be on Channel 103 thru 113. I have the moto u100 DTA. When I key into the channel say 105 it throws up error saying channel 118 Sprout is not available, call comcast. I was told by a store rep that I do not need to pay HD access fee and used chat to talk to support rep who didnt help but offered to turn on HD access fee for the bargain pricee of $9.95. Can anyone confirm that I should recieve w/o HD access fee and if someone from comcast can help that would be great. - tx

Hello cmanc. We apologize for any miscommunication. With Limited Basic, you will only receive standard definition programming, unless you added the HD Technology package. If you would like to upgrade your account to add this, please send me a private message and include your full name, service address, and account number so I can access your account.
