Live tv (disney and XD) say I need a subscription

I have a subscription but online and through Roku it says I don't!!!

Same here. I went to watch ABC on my Ipad Live and it says I don't have a subscription. I called Xfinity this morning and the automation message said they are working on billing changes to their system and it will be complete by noon. Hopefully this will be resolved later today.
