Live Xfinity TV Mobile App-No audio for some channels

I have visual on all channels but I don't have audio for ALL channels.  One day I have no audio on NBC but the next day I do.  For example, right now, my husband is watching Channel 39 on the tv.  If I try to watch Channel 39 outside on my iphone, I have visual but no audio.
