Live TV subscription required???

Live TV requires subscription?

 

I have Comcast triple play which includes HD, OD, DVR, etc.

 

Up untill a couple of weeks ago I could watch Live TV over WiFi on a Samsung 10.1 tab. Ususally the live TV channel selected was CNN.

 

Now I go thur the same App (but I beleive it was upgraded) and select CCN and get a notice I need a Subscription. I've check the Comcast's web pages and I beleive it indicates I need just the TV subscription I already have.

 

I also notice all the Live TV channes have a small lock icon. There doesn't seem to be a way to unlock them. Can any explain this?
