Live TV Error

Live TV Error

Hello I am currently in Florence, Italy and cannot connect to watch Espn Live.  I desperately need to watch the UNC-Duke game which is at 9pm EST and have tried quite a few times to connect live to ESPN each time gettting the error message:

Sorry, we've experienced some difficulty playing your video.

Please refresh this page in your browser to try again.

(Error 700|310)"

 

Then I refresh and get the same error.  

 

I am currently on a MacBook pro and have tried this on Safari and also Google Chrome.  There is another computer here that I may use that is a PC if that is necessary.  Please advise me on what to do as I am willing to stay up until 3am local Italian time to watch this.

Unfortunately you cannot connect outside of the US.Smiley Sad



Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
