Live Stream

I can no longer watch live stream tv on my computer without continuous stops, starts, pauses, black screens.  nothing i do fixes the issue.  clearing cache, cookies, and history is pointless.  this is because you're still using flash player.  i have the latest version of flash.  this happens on all browsers.  chrome, firefox, and the new edge browser on windows 10.  its a disaster.  im paying over $200/mo for service i can no longer use.  i am very disappointed and when i reach out for help i am usually met with angst.  i am trying to watch Fear the Walking Dead and i cant get through it.  would like some assistance please. doing a screen shot is also pointless since this is a player issue not my pc issue.

Are yo sure this isn't an Internet service issue?????

Have you looked in the modem's logs?  SIgnal Stats?  Upstream/Downstream Power levels and SNR level?

btw:  Chrome doesn't use Adobe's flash, but thier own version of Flash so usually if you are having FLASH issues, using CHROME minimizes those issues....
