Little Shop of Horrors 1960

I've been trying to watch The Little Shop of Horrors (1960), but it never plays. It says "obtaining authorization" then "starting playback", but "starting playback" just stays there and the movie never plays. The dots keep lighting up in succession like the movie is loading, but even after 30+ minutes, it never plays. I have no problems watching any other tv shows or movies.
