Just got the Cisco box. All the lights are flashing in sequence and there’s no signal to the tv

Might be that you're not actually connected to the cable line.  Do any of your cable devices connect?

 

It might be helpful to know what model of "Cisco" box you have...

Hi Houseofbricks, I can assist you with getting your Cisco cable box back online and functioning properly. Have you checked your cable connected (HDMI/Coax) that goes into the TV from the cable box? Have you tried using the cable box on a different TV? Do you get any error message while trying to tune to channels? Can you also send me a private message with your full name, street address, and account number by clicking on my name (ComcastAmir) and then "private message me"?
