Keep Losing Cloud DVR service

We keep losing DVR cloud service in the X1 TV app.  It's happened 3 times in last month - and we have to call Comcast to get fixed.   The problem is the fix isn't evidently a permanent fix.    The X1 TV app worked fine for awhile, then we got a message that said our service changed (it hadn't,) forced us to logon again and after doing so we cannot record nor see our recordings in the X1 TV app on any of our (apple) devices.   Called comcast and after talking to 3 people we somehow got it working again -- they had to do something on their end.    Happened a 2nd time and I spent 40 minutes with 4 diff people before they again got it working on their end.   Now it's done same thing again -- the app forced us to logon again and again we have no list of our DVR recordings in the app - so we cannot play any on our devices.  Nor can we set any show/movie to record.   

 

Yes, we are on our home network.

 

Thought maybe someone else has had same issue and knows how to get this fixed quickly and permanently with Comcast.
