Issues with parental settings (even though they are supposed to be off)

Hello,

I am attempting to watch Homeland on xfinity.com, but keep receiving the message that it is rated TV-MA and that I should go to my parental settings. When I check my parental settings, it says they are off (wish is how I want them to be), but I am still unable to watch homeland. Is there something I am missing?

Thank you,

Have you ever turned them on?

Is it happening to all videos rated MA?

Have you tried a different web browser?

Are you logged into a primary account?

Thanks,
Joe
