Issues with Watching Comcast Online

I am a Comcast subscriber through my apartment community (Digital Starter is provided for everyone in the community). I have upgraded my service to HD as well as upgraded to the Digital Preferred package. Unfortunately I cannot access any content from these channels on my computer or mobile devices. Is this a known issue or should I contact support to get this resolved?

Are you receiving an error message or does the show or movie just not play?


Make sure that you are using the latest version of Flash, you can check your version here http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ if you have any version less than then I suggest you update and see if you have any better results.


In any number of instances people have had better luck with FireFox or Chrome rather than Internet Explorer, you may want to give one of those a try if the Flash update doesn't help your problem.
