Issues connecting to XFINITY TV web site

I'm getting the following message when going to tv.xfinity.com. I suspect that this is caused by me deleting the flash DRM license files. How can I force the computer registration to be removed on the comcast end and the license files recreated?

You posted this last night. Is it working today?  Mine is.

Nope, still doesn't work. I switched to Chrome, which uses a different (built-in) version of Flash and that one works fine because it uses a separate DRM license store. I would still appreciate though, if someone from Comcast posted instructions on how to reset the device registration for tv.xfinity.com when the DRM license gets erased or corrupted on the client side.
