Issues Viewing Video

I have been trying to watch Snow White and the Huntsman for the past hour and keep getting the following error message at the start of playback- "(Error 525/6002)".What does this error message mean? Is there something I can do on my end to bypass this issue or is it an issue that Comcast needs to resolve?

Re: Issues Viewing Video

if you get an error like that there are a few things that might help if not its something that needs to be reported to comcast as its on their end.

First did you check to see if the video is available on demand on your cable box.  if it is then I would just use that.

Second, update microsoft silverlight and adobe flash, clear cookies clear cache.    restart your computer.  If that does not work thats pretty much it.

Please send me the link of the movie you are referring to. I don't think that Snow White and the Huntsman is online yet but I may be thinking of the wrong one.
