Issue with X1 TV app on web

Does anyone know what this error message means: Error deleteDevice / deleteDevice.500: Internal DRM or DRM server security error? I get it when trying to log in at xtv.comcast.net. I've tried multiple browsers/re-installed flash with no success and I'm using the primary Comcast user ID. Thanks!
