Is 'Rented' Content Accessible Online Via Mobile Device(s)...And If So, How Can I Find My Rentals?

I hope this is the right forum/location for this question. I have 'basic' XFINITY (not X1 EOS) and I'm wondering if I would be able to connect online to content that I have 'rented' via my tv/cable box. For example, using my Macbook Pro to watch a movie that I rented (before the retnal tine runs out!). If it's possible, can I do this via the XFINITY.com website and if so, where do I go? I am able to find the content that I have purchased, but the rental has eluded me. Any help is appreciated! I already had an online 'chat' with XFINITY customer service...I'm still in the dark. Thanks!
