Ipad app no longer able to set recordings

Ipad app no longer able to set recordings

For whatever reason, my Xfinity app can no longer set recordings. It says "Sorry! An error occured during this request." The app can still communicate with my cable boxes as I can change channels with it and the "TV NAME" pops up on the screen when I ask it to.

 

Also, the online DVR manager no longer reflects my "scheduled recordings" on my box that used to show that.

 

Any help?

so it does not work on your computer or your pad?  Try clicking tv tab top of this page then go to on your tv in the bottom right corner is a little wheel click that then you can manage your devices.  Try to delete them all then try again.

 

also clear your cache and cookies don't use IE9 for your pc.  try again.
