Ipad app dvr and download issues

On my Xfinity app the DVR does not reflect what is on my TV DVR. It shows old shows that have been deleted as well as not updating with all new shows, only a few. Also when downloads are attempted to move the DVR show to the device it never completes. This has been going on for about a year. I have seem multiple app updates to fix issues, but there are still problems.
