Ipad App semi-functional

We've recently moved to a new house and brought two of our boxes with us, one is a dvr, one is a digital box. We added three new boxes. All boxes work fine by themselves, and show up both in the Ipad app and in my account. I can control the DVR with the app, but none of the others will respond. Have been in two chats, one promised it would be fixed in 72 hours(which is today) with an escalated ticket, and one today that said the original ticket was a DVR issue which it was not, then he proceeded to send me links assuming that I had not set anything up, then he did the chat equivalent of hanging up on me. So I am still left with non-functioning app and apparently no one interested in helpong me figure it out.

what are the makes and models of the boxes that are not working.  Do they show up here under manage cable boxes and dvrs?
