Comcast is changing their usage data but the usage data table they give on ''my account'' does not show the last 3 months usage....................only what you have used so far in November.?????
I see it on mine, are you sure you looked in the right spot?
Go to https://customer.xfinity.com/MyServices/Internet and choose the View data usage details link. On the details page there is a drop down box showing the current month. If I click on the drop down box I get options for all 3 months, plus a comparison link. Do you not see that?
Thanks. I called about it today because yesterday it would not show the last 3 months. Today, they have in online and the last 3 months show the usage. Thanks again.
