Installation

To whomever it may concern

On june 12, 2013, an installation was done at my home address 40 montrose ave. Jersey city,NJ.

Everything is working good, but today I was doing some cleaning around the house and see that your technician have cut a wire that it was not belong to you guys, I paid $35.oo for that installation to Verizon so I can move my computer to that other room, He didn't tell nobody his reason to do a stupid thing like that, he just cut it and hide it behind my computer desk,

I want that wire to be restore in its place the sooner the better, it was a very stupid mistake that your technician make and he have to fix it.

Re: Installation

Comcast will never admit to cutting that wire.

If it is a Verizon wire they will not fix it, even for a fee.

It will be easiest to just fix it yourself.

What kind of wire is it?
