Infinity TV Go - Picture freezes but show & sound continues to work perfectly

I've been watching movies and TV shows online for several months with no issue on Infinity TV Go. over the past week every show or movie i play will start but the picture just freezes and plays the same 2 second picture back and forth. the show seems to be working fine as it is playing in the background because the sound quality is unaffected.

need help fixing this. I've already tried unistalling google chrome. I also view Netflix and Amazon streaming videos online and do not have any issue with those others services. It seems to be only an issue on this streaming service. below is my computer information and this is happening on any video i click on.
