Incorrect channel listings

Hello!

My zip code is 80525

My service area is Ft. Collins, Colorado

Issue:

The on-line channel guide for Basic Cable does not show any channels over 99.

We get many channels in th 200 range.

For example:  248 thru 256.  We recieve these but they are never listed on the on-line channel guide.

In particular, we frequently watch 251 Colorado Public TV 12.2 and 252 Colorado Public TV 12.3.  These are not shown on the on-line channel guide.
