IPad App Premium Channel

We have Starz as part of our xfinity triple play package. I just put the app on my IPad and when I tried to watch a Starz movie it told me I needed a subscription. I had to sign in so why isn't it recognizing what premium channels we pay for?

Can you play any of the free content from Comcast using Play Now in the Xfinity TV app for iPad?

 

Are you using the Comcast DNS and does your router have up-to-date firmware?

I have been able to play the free content so far. Some of the Starz movies play but about half of them tell me I need a subscription to Starz and send me via safari to Comcast. I don't know what a DNS is, and the router is up to date.

try clearing your cache and your cookies then restart your pad.  If that does not work clear cookies and cache again then delete the app, restart the pad, then download the app again.  If it still does not work then try a hard reset of the pad.  If none of that works you might try calling comcast to check the codes on your account.
