New Poster

I need help watching tv shows online.

I cant watch the tv shos online.

I recently changed my browser from google chrome to firefox and think this is the issue.

I tried online chat and they could not help me. ( I don't think the person I was chatting to was in America, no offense).

What happens when you go back to Chrome?

So Chrome works and Firefox does not. That usually means that there is something in Firefox that is blocking videos from playing.

What is happening when trying to play a video in Firefox? Are you getting a black screen? An error message? Please be as specific as possible.

Thanks,
Joe
